It's Raining Art

It’s Raining Art (aka Jessica Shaw) is a mixed media artist, who creates joyful, magical, fantastical, realist works that combine the beautiful and the bizarre.

Her works use animal characters (always named!) to set the scene for anthropomorphic stories that reflect on all the intriguing and fascinating elements of the modern human experience.

Her practice involves mixed media, digital manipulation and hand-finishing of prints (often in bright, fluorescent colours, and metallics) that combine detailed patterned and textural elements with contrasting flowing lines and crunchy, psychedelic mark-making!
