- Works will be securely packaged in hardboard (HDF – high density fibreboard) crate with wood-reinforced edges as insurance now covers loss only (not damage) for non-UK destinations since Brexit (sorry!)
- Sent by Parcelforce Euro-Economy service (tracked and signed for)
- Please be aware: any import duties and taxes due on international orders (including EU) are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. We are not responsible for items held or delayed at customs in the destination country.
