Tom Veryzer’s
HAPPINESS WORKSHOP
In this 3-hour happiness workshop you will learn all about the science of how to be happier, discover and discuss various keys to greater life-satisfaction, and put into practice exercises for inner peace and resilience. Through guided discussion and gently playful activities, the workshop will look at different philosophies as well as studies in human behaviour and neuroscience that illustrate ways to effectively boost health, wellbeing and a love of life. All in a friendly, relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
