Frame Types:
- Our Plexi-Glass frame option is lighter than glass, and less fragile – it will not require an additional crate build (it will be sent in our standard cardboard/bubble wrap packaging) The frame profile is slightly narrower than the glass frame option (18mm vs 28mm).
- Our Glass frame option is heavier, and requires a bespoke hardboard crate to be built for it to allow for safe international delivery. Please allow an additional 1 week from placing your order to despatch for this bespoke build process.
- Unframed – we will offset the cost of the frame previously ordered against your P&P cost.
Service Required
- Pre-Pay VAT: We can submit the VAT due on import at the time of despatch for you in advance (the delivery company pays this over on your behalf). This charge is based on the standard VAT rate in the receiving country (levied on goods, postage, insurance and any other services provided by us) plus an administration fee that the delivery company charges to process this transaction. Whilst this does not guarantee the item will not be subject to checks or delays, it will minimise the risk.
- Customer Pays VAT: If you select this option, your delivery will be held in the destination’s customs clearing facility until you pay any VAT and duty due on the imported goods. You will be contacted by the relevant authority within your country as to how to pay this amount and arrange release of your order from customs to continue its onward delivery to your chosen delivery address. In any instance, we cannot be held responsible for any delays held or delayed at customs in the destination country
THIS PRODUCT AND ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE and will be provided on the understanding you agree to its status as a non-refundable service item.
