- Suitable for postage to the Germany, for unframed works purchased separately up to the size of A4, weight of 500g, and value of £200
- Works will be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service (approx. 3-5 business days delivery time)

- PLEASE NOTE: This is a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) service – your delivery may be held in the destination’s customs clearing facility until you pay any VAT and duty due on the imported goods. You will be contacted by the relevant authority within your country as to how to pay this amount and arrange release of your order from customs to continue its onward delivery to your chosen delivery address. Should the fees not be paid in the destination country and the item is returned to us, we will not refund this P&P delivery charge.
- Please ensure that the goods you have ordered are permitted to be imported in the destination country – we cannot be held responsible for items rejected at customs due to specific local restrictions on the type of goods being imported.
- In any instance, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, or items held at customs in the destination country. We are not an exporter of goods, but aim to facilitate your import of any orders wherever possible!
