LOFT55: General Purpose Store Pop-Up

Brighton’s Loft55 takes over the Conclave basement space to host a week-long pop-up General Store event, bringing their physical community spirit into a physical space. Feel-good products for feel-good people, alongside their favourite sounds and (socially distanced!) community spirit!!

Alongside Loft55, the event hosts Brighton’s own Indigenous Soul and other guests (TBC)

About Loft55:
Loft55 is a community-influenced clothing concept, established in Brighton in 2018. It aims to celebrate physical community and bringing people together in the off-line world to enjoy life, style, music and togetherness.  Loft55 will be showing unisex street-style clothing and re-purposed military wear by Alistair.

About Indigenous Soul:
Indigenous Soul is the creation of Brighton maker, Simone.  A home and lifestyle concept brand, it is borne out of a love of textiles, design, Mother Earth and the diversity within it.  Using a slow fashion approach, their handmade clothing, homewares, gifts and accessories celebrate individuality, and an appreciation for design, colour, texture and pattern.

BRIGHTON FRINGE FESTIVAL: Who You Callin Black Eh?

The drama! The talkback! The workshop!

‘Who You Callin Black Eh?’ is a coming-of-age play set in Canada’s largest, most multicultural, multilingual city, not about sexuality, but about colour.
Wherever our heroine goes, she is not black enough or white enough to find her people. Happens in UK too? Help design a better life in a multi-racial, yet sometimes racist, world.
